What Is the Viking Monitor?
The Viking Monitor is a one-piece Wi-Fi Connected Remote & Diagnostics Tool that's designed for both single and dual Viking gate installations (using two monitors) with any Viking operator that isn't a solar or first-generation unit. With a 100' 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi connectivity range, as long as your device is connected to Wi-Fi as well as your Viking control board, your paired smart devices can open, close, monitor, and diagnose issues with your Viking Gate Opener system anywhere in the world using the Viking Monitor app.

How Does it Work?
Upon installation by plugging the module to the primary operator and the module should automatically go into "Secure Simple Pairing" mode and be able to be paired to bluetooth instantly. From here, it's as simple as configuring the control board on your master board on the primary operator or using the Viking Monitor App to change settings and configure your Viking gate opener setup.

Before You Buy
A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is required for the Viking Monitor to work. Most modern routers broadcast both bands (5.4 & 5 Ghz), sometimes under the same network name though the 5GHz signal may temporarily need disabled during setup as well as needing DHCP enabled as a static IP is not supported. Additionally, it's important to ensure that bluetooth is enabled on the phone during setup otherwise your device will be unable to recognize the device.
Compatible Models
- Compatibility is determined by the control board, not the model name
- All VFlex-equipped operators are supported: R-6, F-1, K-2, K-2S, G-5, T-21, L-3, Q-7, X-390, H-10, X-9, I-770, E-4
- Solar-powered and first-generation Viking operators are not compatible
- Dual gate setups with the Viking Konnect MS require one Monitor per operator
