Viking Access Systems Safety Features
Car Access Kit
The Viking Access Car Access Kit includes a receiver with an antenna and wiring harness, a transmitter, and an installation manual. The kit syncs your vehicle’s HomeLink® system to your automatic gate opener. This allows you to control gate operations inside your car, eliminating the need to stop, but rather slow down for the gate to open.
Photo Eye
The Viking Access Gate Opener Photocell (Photo Eye) is a set of two photo-eyes external entrapment protection devices. The Viking Access Gate Opener Photocells should be mounted to solid surfaces and positioned directly facing each other with no obstructions, no more than 100 feet apart. These photo-eyes have a range of 100 ft and a wide auto-alignment angle to protect against various entrapment accidents. The gate will automatically open when or should an object obstruct the infrared light. This is typically purchased with the Photocell Adapter.
Loop Rack
The Viking Access System Loop Rack would be needed if you would like to connect a plug-in loop detector to a Viking gate operator.
Dual Communication
The Viking Konnect System lets you operate your primary and secondary gates without trenching or wiring. Each is connected to an operator and only communicates with each other to provide unison operations.
Application Access and Diagnostics
The Viking Monitor Remote Gate WIFI Diagnostic Tool allows users to control the gate operator from anywhere in the world using The Viking Monitor App. Additionally, with the downloadable computer application, users can view operating history, diagnostics, real-time data, and more. This information can be stored on the Cloud or on a USB. The diagnostic tool is a great added level of security because, unlike any other safety device, you can review the operations history.
