The Q-7 Commercial Slide Gate Opener, by Viking Access Systems, is a heavy-duty, sliding gate opener designed to be used for a gate weighing up to 7000 lbs. and up to 120 ft. wide. Even with the ability to support such a large gate, it can run at 100% duty cycle 24/7. It has an operating speed of 14 inches per second and meets the most current UL325 Class II, III, IV safety standards. This makes the Q-7 optimal for apartments, parking garages, hotels, and industrial buildings.

The Q-7 Slide Gate Opener has an onboard LCD screen that displays voltages, settings, full error messages, and an easy-to-use manual release. Additional features include a fully integrated heater designed for all-weather use, a built-in battery backup system in case of power failure, a push-button digital limit setup, and compatibility with Viking Wireless Products.
