The K2 Residential Slide Gate Opener, by Viking Access Systems, is a state-of-the-art automatic sliding gate opener designed for use with gates weighing up to 700 lbs, and up to 30 ft. long at 100% duty cycle under extreme conditions. It features an operating speed of up to 12 inches per second and meets the most current UL325 Class I Residential Safety Standards, making it ideal for applications like homes, condominiums, or other high-traffic residential installations.

It comes with a built-in V-Flex Control Board with LCD, on-board diagnostics, and an easy-to-use push-button digital limit setup. Additional features include a fully integrated heater designed for all-weather use, a built-in battery backup system in case of power failure, and a power supply with convenient fuse access and LED status indicators for voltage monitoring.
